2. By deposit to a bank account
You can deposit the money into the following bank account, filling in your name, and simply inform us ( email or fax etc required). We will confirm the payment and proceed immediately to the execution of your order. Please contact us before proceeding with the deposit to confirm the immediate availability of the products.

3. By payment at the store
In case you want to pick up your products from our store, you can pay on the spot with cash or credit/debit card. If you want to pay by cash or credit card or payment by credit card or bank transfer, we use the physical store as a physical exhibition and as a point of receipt of the products. The availability of a product in the e-shop does NOT automatically imply that it is also available in the physical store. This means that if you wish to make a purchase or view a product live, it is advisable before visiting us to contact us by phone to confirm the availability of the product in the physical store.
4. Cash on delivery
On receipt of the products you can pay at the partner Courier (in this case there is a small fixed charge).The prices of the products are retail prices and include VAT.

Shipping Methods
For the delivery of the products to your home we cooperate with reliable courier companies to bring the products to you as soon as possible and with the safest way of transport.
Shipments within Attica, Greece
For orders until 16:00 the delivery will be made on the same day, until 16:30. For orders after 16:00, delivery will be made the next day.
For orders over 70€, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping outside Attica. Greece and shipments abroad
Please contact us by phone or email for the exact time and cost of shipping. Shipments outside Attica, Greece and abroad are carried out through our partners Cosmoflora and Interflora.
Returns policy
We do not accept returns due to the special nature of the products.

User data (name, email address, home address, etc.) and transactions of the users of the online store are considered confidential, as in normal transactions in a commercial store.
The personal data which you make available to us by registering as a member are used exclusively for the execution of your transactions.
